2017 Honda Clarity Review – The 2017 Honda Clarity Fuel Cell is an electric sedan, which is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell power. It does not need to be loaded, but of which there are driven very few at that time with hydrogen from a specialized (and expensive) stations.
The Clarity goes on sale in Japan in the spring of 2016, and if this model the US reached-end 2016 will be offered only in California. Even then, it will be limited, at least initially to select distributors in Los Angeles and Orange County, and the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. And this will be a very small volume, lease-only model; consider sightings of this model, if you are not near a California academic enclaves, and near a gas station as rare as those of exotic supercar models.
If you are close enough to filling the right pressure and the communication interface, the Clarity fuel cell can be refilled in about three minutes.
The Clarity fuel cell is the next in a long line of ‘FCX fuel cell vehicles Honda since 1999 to build, in fleets of which have been tested and found suitable for commercial use leased, and it follows the FCX Clarity, a slightly smaller model that Honda over 50 leased in the United States from 2008 to 2014.
This time, the clarity rivals, even if you would call it that, are the Toyota Mirai sedan and Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell-both of which are offered under similar conditions limited. Toyota plans to 3000 his Mirai fuel cell models per year to produce, while Honda plans to make only a small fraction of it.
Styling and Design
The 2017 Honda Clarity is effectively a size larger than the model of the same name that was made several years ago. At about 193 inches long about the same as the Honda Accord midsize sedan-Clarity, looks at first glance, as it develops from almost the same influences from these earlier fuel cell model, the Honda Insight Hybrid, and the Honda Accord Crosstour hatchback.

Comfort and utility
Clarity is built on a uni-body construction, with a double-wishbone suspension and electric power steering. Honda says that this turning radius of the model is only 17.7 meters.

The trunk itself is 11.1 cubic feet-small but probably adequate for a generous view of the grocery store, with the passengers, taking all four seating spots.
The interface in the clarity seems to be a development of what we call the Honda Fit saw EV here in the previous FCX Clarity, including a three-dimensional display with counters for the hydrogen consumption (a spherical gauge), battery level, engine power and travel and efficiency information.
Safety and features
Security features measured in other technologically sophisticated models currently in the market not to those above.
